![]() Tin: Tin ores generates on shorelines while some people have claimed to see this ore respawn I havent been able to replicate it so the shore might be non renewable, however tin can drop as a fishing reward from pike.Because Greydwarfs are potentially infinite so is stone. Stone: Stone can be obtained from loose stones on the ground, stone deposits, from digging the ground, or from greydwarf drops. Both methods allow for potentially infinite wood. Wood: Wood can be obtained from trees which can be replanted, or from greydwarfs who drop it on death.Core wood buildings: Because core wood is potentially finite (though very very plentiful) all structures that require core wood are potentially finite.Fine wood buildings: Because fine wood is potentially finite (though very very plentiful) all structures which require fine wood are also potentially finite.Beehives: because queen bees are finite the number of possible beehives you can make is equal to or less than the number of queen bees in the world.Ancient wood: obtained from ancient trees in swamps, these trees cannot be replanted.Pine trees dont drop pine cones 100% of the time and world structures are finite so core wood is potentially finite. Core wood: Core wood comes from pine trees, and certain pieces of furniture.Pre generated furniture is finite, and both trees only have a chance to drop their respective seeds making fine wood potentially finite. Fine wood: Birch trees and Oak trees drop fine wood, as well as certain pieces of furniture generated around the world.Withered Bones?: Found in chests and muddy scrap piles both of which are finite.Queen Bees: These only drop from beehives which are generated during world generation in abandoned buildings, if for some reason you lost all the original bee's nests it would be impossible to build a beehive or obtain honey.Weather its for special challenge runs, info for server hosts, or just to satisfy someones curiosity it seemed good to provide the information somewhere. The wiki says almost nothing on the renewability of some resources so I thought it would be good to gather some info for posterities sake.Įdit: To those asking why this thread exists when even finite resources tend to be plentiful the purpose is simply to compile accurate information for players who might want to find it. this information is current as of 5/14/23, its possible that future updates might fix this though its unlikely since many of these things are plentiful despite being non renewable. Some items are potentially infinite, others are only generated upon world generation, lets cover what is and isn't renewable (barring bringing in resources from another world or using cheats).
